You and MeritSalutari agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and MeritSalutari. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from MeritSalutari.
Warranty:
ALL PRODUCTS ARE BRAND NEW ( ORIGINAL BOX ) !
We cover a 30 day warranty on all products and a TWO YEAR's warranty on all products! In the unfortunate event you receive a defective product, we do sincerely apologize. Please keep in mind that we do not manufacturer the components, therefore we have no control over the defective rate. All products are covered by our 30 day replacement policy. Defective items will be exchanged for the like item. We will not exchange an item if it is apparent that it has been improperly used or damaged due to user negligence.
Payment and Shipping Details :
We use for shipping : PSS Shipping , UPS , FeDex , DHL !
1- PSS Shipping is a Company that offer a thirty part service .. So in this case both parts are protected ! How they work : I go with the package at the company , tehy will give to me a agent for the deal . the agent will verify contein of package and then inform the buyer with a traking number . Buyer are able to verify the traking number on the website and if the package is correct in his name ,he must send the payment to the PSS agent , the agent will verify the payment and if all is ok he send to me the money and to Buyer the product
2 - UPS , FeDex , DHL , big shipping company , but they do not offer a thirty part protection so in this case we do not have any warranty of the bayer payment ,so for those shipping company we required advance payment .
When buyer complet the fields for order must add to Notes : the option that he want us to use ! for example :
if he want PSS thirty part must write 1 , if he want UPS , must write 2 .
